1 sheet puff pastry

1 beaten egg

For the filling;

6 Granny Smith apples peeled, cored and sliced.

½-cup sugar

¼ tsp cinnamon

2 tsp cornstarch

½ cup golden raisins

 

Mix the filling together and let rest.

Place the puff pastry on a floured surface. Put the filling along the center of the dough and fold the end flap over followed by the side flap to form a flat loaf.

Flip over onto a greased cookie sheet seem side down.

Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle sugar over lightly.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
