|1 peeled and seeded cucumber
1/2 clove crushed garlic
2 tsp plain yogurt
1 tsp kosher salt
½ lemon zested
¼ c extra virgin olive
Chop the cuke into 1 inch pieces smash the
garlic . Place in the blender with yogurt, zest and salt.
Slowly add in olive oil. Blend to smooth and garnish with
a dollop of yogurt and a drizzle of olive oil.
