1 black skinned plantain

Peel and slice on a bias and coat with brown sugar.

Place about 1 tsp butter in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the plantain slices to a golden brown and serve as a dessert or as a side dish .

Another suggestion would be to use your favorite spices such as cinnamon, cardamum, ginger, or even coriander.
