REMOULADE SAUCE
Charley Addison "The Crazy Cajun"
From Poor Boy's Riverside Inn, Lafayette, famous in Louisiana.

1 qt. mayonnaise

1/3 cup prepared horseradish

1/3 cup Creole or brown mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 tsp. paprike

Blend all ingredients together at slow speed for 3 minutes in blender, or use hand mixer on medium speed. Serve 6. Spoon this delicious sauce over your favorite cut of meat or seafood. My favorite is over boiled shrimp.
