|1 cup cooked lentils
2 yams, baked
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch of greens, washed and chopped
1 cup cooked brown rice
2 tbls. olive oil
Pinch of salt
½ teaspoon ground cumin
|Heat skillet, then add olive oil and onions.
Saute until translucent. Add greens and cook until soft.
Add yams, lentils and tomatoes and mix well, cook until all
ingredients are evenly distributed and warmed. Serve over
